Wimbledon Art Fair is the coming together of our amazing creative community as we invite thousands of art lovers and enthusiasts to browse, discover and buy your work.

Set against the backdrop of your working studio, each fair is different. With accessible artworks available from over 180 artists and makers, Wimbledon Art Fair is an inspiring and inclusive event that creates lasting connections between our community and art lovers from all over the UK.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

  • 1. REGISTER ONLINE OR IN THE OFFICE

    You’ve made the decision to take part and showcase your work to thousands of art lovers, collectors and curators. Simply register below by completing the online form, or pop into the studio office to have a chat about the show before taking the plunge.

  • 2. SUBMIT YOUR MINI-MASTERPIECE

    A Mini-Masterpiece is a scaled down version of your work that we sell online prior to the opening of the show. Everyone taking part in Wimbledon Art Fair must donate a Mini-Masterpiece as part of the registration process.

    All participants agree that the proceeds received from the Mini-Masterpiece sale can be donated to the studios to help fund future editions of Wimbledon Art Fair.

  • 3. START SPREADING THE WORD!

    We welcome over 5,000 visitors to each edition of Wimbledon Art Fair and our marketing campaigns span email, digital, out-of-home, social media and press coverage.

    We still need your help to spread the word and will provide leaflets and marketing assets for your social media etc.

Please note that payments for Wimbledon Art Fair in May 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The next Wimbledon Art Fair will take place between 8th-11th Ma 2025.

    Thursday 8th May: 2-9pm
    Friday 9th May: 2-9pm
    Saturday 10th May: 11am-6pm
    Sunday 11th May: 11am-6pm

    Our Launch Night on Thursday 8th May is from 6-9pm.

  • The Earlybird registration deadline is Friday 7th February @ 4pm.

    The final deadline for show registrations and Mini-Masterpieces is Friday 18th April @ 4pm.

    Registrations or Mini-Masterpieces received after the deadline will not be included in the show catalogue.

  • Unfortunately not. Registration fees for Wimbledon Art Fair are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • A Mini-Masterpiece is a scaled down version of your work that we sell online prior to the opening of the show.

    Everyone taking part in Wimbledon Art Fair must donate a Mini-Masterpiece as part of the registration process.

    We supply the 23.5 x 23.5cm MDF board and the rest is down to you! You can paint directly onto it, wrap it in canvas or attach a paper piece or screen print, for example.

    If you’re a maker or ceramicist, for example, you would submit a scaled down version of your work. You do not have to use the board as the base.

    Your Mini-Masterpiece submission will be professionally photographed and used as your show catalogue image.

  • It's completely up to you how you set up your studio. Some people turn their studio into a gallery and others like to keep it looking like a working studio so people can get a 'behind the scenes' look.

    There is no right or wrong way to set up your space. It's whatever you feel comfortable with!

  • No, we don't take commission. You receive the full amount of anything you sell during the show using your own payment terminals.

    If you need to use the office terminal to take payment during the show, there is a 4% admin fee that will be deducted from your total sales.
